Description
The Brother Speedio M140X2 is a compact 5-axis CNC machining centre designed for high-speed production of small precision components. Featuring a BBT30 high-speed spindle, 22-tool automatic toolchanger and integrated C-axis turning capability, the machine allows complex parts to be machined in a single setup. With rapid traverse rates of 50 m/min and extremely fast tool-change times, the M140X2 is ideal for subcontract engineering and high-precision production work. The ABB FlexLoader SC3000 (Feedio SC3000) is a compact robot automation system designed for CNC machine tending. Supplied as a complete pre-engineered cell, the system allows automatic loading and unloading of one or two machines and is ideal for subcontract engineering and production environments looking to increase productivity and run unattended machining.
