Description

The DMG MORI DMP 70 is a high-speed 5-axis vertical machining centre designed for precision production machining. With 700 mm X-axis travel, rapid traverse rates up to 60 m/min and extremely fast tool-change times, the machine is ideal for subcontract engineering, aerospace and medical component manufacturing. Its compact footprint and high-speed spindle make it suitable for both production and prototype environments. The System 3R WorkPartner 1+ is a flexible pallet automation platform designed to enable unattended machining, improved throughput and 24/7 production in a wide range of manufacturing environments. Its open architecture allows integration with multiple machine tool types and automation components such as AMRs, cell PC and advanced magazine configurations. The system is suitable for both one‑off production and series manufacturing.
