Description

High-spec QUASER MV234P vertical machining centre in very good condition, manufactured November 2014 and equipped with the reliable Heidenhain iTNC530 control. This is a large-capacity VMC with a generous working envelope and a 2-tonne table load, making it ideal for heavy engineering and large component machining. The machine offers 2,040 mm X-axis travel, 762 mm Y-axis and 661 mm Z-axis, with a 2,250 × 800 mm table. It is fitted with a 12,000 rpm BT40 spindle and a 48-station tool changer, giving excellent versatility for both production and one-off work. Additional features include through-spindle coolant, through-spindle air blast, Renishaw table and tool probing, and a scraper-type chip conveyor. Supplied with tooling package, wash-down filtration system and sward skip.
